have a healthy heart with the help of our fantastic HHC team. Once a month at
Galambila we have an Aboriginal Health worker, Dietitian, GP, Pharmacist,
Exercise Physiologist, Heart Nurse and our Ready Mob team all here at the same
time ready to answer your questions and set you on the right track to having a

Once a month at Galambila we have our Diabetes Clinic. Our team, comprised of a GP, Nutritionist, Podiatrist, Endocrinologist and our very own Aboriginal Health Worker are here to assist and educate you while putting you on the path to a long and healthy life.
